Yoga with Kate 1:1’s offer a deep and personal approach to building a practice that’s fit for you. Focusing on your personal goals, both physically and mentally we look to gain strength through forms of meditation, yoga asana, breathwork and mindset training.
Firstly, a consultation will be offered to run through general health and movability check. We will discuss your personal goals and what you are looking to gain out of the sessions. I will then taylor a practice for you which we can work on together.
