the Focus:
.To end the year on a high we look at turning your perspective upside down, literally. We use these last couple of classes to harness playfulness in a challenging yet fun flow to build confidence and strength, gain clarity and rejuvenate the body. You will leave this class feeling refreshed and experience a great nights sleep!
The Asana;
wE TAKE OUR ASANA PRACTICE TO A NEW LEVEL AS WE INVITE variations of inverting the body. KEEPING a playful but curious attitude we explore a slower flow. we focus on Sinking deep into the hip space to work with the hip flexors, using the breath to unlock and open this area. wE HONOUR THE SEASON, BY ADOPTING A SLOW AND SOFT PACE, ENSURING STABILITY AND PEACE. finding JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF EFFORT AND EASE, challenge and play FOR A end of year practice.
The technique:
We focus on collaborating breath with movement to access a deeper version of ourselves. We learn to trust our bodies and listen intricately for the subtle cues between pushing enough and to much, finding and working with your personal edge. The course aims to bring you to your physical, energetic and mental baseline. so in times of change, you have the tools to find your presence.

Let’s finsh the year with a celebratory fun flow, inviting many of this years favourite yoga sequences into the evening, as well as a fun circle flow. Then prepare to melt away in a soothing 50 MINUTE sound bath.

Thrive’ is a 5 week beginners yoga programme, designed to deepen mind and body connection, introduce key principals of yoga and explore a mixture of breathwork.
Experience a whole body asana practice Which works on flexibility, fitness, balance, easy flow vinyasa (no complicated transitions) and offers you the chance to recognise your own progress.
In order for you to stay attune to your own body rhythm, you will be introduced to three important elements of the practice, Sukha (ease), spanda (pulse) and lila (edge). These three key elements allow you to explore your own body, with no pressure to fit aN exact mold.
