Posture Training:

This Hatha yoga style of practice is unique to “The Living Yoga Method”, meaning it is based in 3 principals of posture training. Utilising the “pulse” technique, each posture is tailor made to your unique body, using the rhythm of the breath to pulse in and out of positions. Posture training will help to develop a strong, healthy and flexible body.

Pranayama:

“Breath is life” Classes offer a diverse range of pranayama (Breathwork) from double breathing (a powerful detoxification breath), Ujjayi Breath (a slow, conscious breath to rejuvenate), Sushumna Nadi breathing (spinal breathing, for deep relaxation) and many, many more. Pranayama is key to reboot the nervous system and allow you to feel into your centre.

Mindset Training:

“Reclaim your mind” – Life positive philosophy weaved into the classes, empowering you to cultivate a calm, focused and stress resilient mindset. Each class invites you into the present moment, offering you both meditation and mindfulness practices.

Classes cost just £10.00 per person

Block of 5 weeks

Buy a block of 5 weeks worth of classes to really impact your yoga. Commit to yourself and notice the changes as you begin to increase your breath hold within the pranayama, increase in flexibility, gain control of breath throughout movement, learn the sequence and many more. Reap the benefits of a regular practice at a reduced price.

£45.00 per block of 5.

What To Bring To A Class:

  • If you have your own yoga mat then great please bring it
  • If you don’t have a mat I can loan you one for your first class, after that I advise buying one
  • A bottle of water
  • Wear comfortable clothing than you can move freely in
